Our company has reached a point where our current WMS is morally outdated, not helping to develop competitive advantage or new customer services, and it is necessary to implement a new system. In the first phase, this means analyzing current processes, IT environment, and new needs, preparing realistic and feasible requirements for the new solution, initiating a tender process and selecting a supplier. And because time is money in our case, the requirements for the new solution should be realistic and feasible based on currently known and proven market solutions.
I’m glad we’re past this stage. The pristav skladu team helped us with it in a significant way. We managed it together in 3 months.

We had the opportunity to be part of several very interesting projects that the company undertook during this period, and after a year of collaboration, we asked Jan Kuneš (Director of Information Technology) to evaluate our partnership:
I first met pristav skladu at the end of the summer of 2021 when we decided to thoroughly review the IT architecture of the entire company, pristav skladu conducted a comprehensive review, cataloging our applications and services, and also contributed to the design of an optimal future architecture.
They also helped us with description of the processes from the customer order, through the warehouse, to its delivery. Together with our internal team, they identified various bottlenecks, searched for solutions and possible adjustments, and successfully implemented many of them both on the e-shop side and in logistics.
